What happens if a tool breaks or quits working while I am renting?
Contact a rental associate as soon as possible and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
What do I need to rent equipment?
To reserve a rental please be prepared to provide a valid driver's license and matching credit card.
Is a deposit required for a reservation?
Yes, a rental associate will calculate and collect your deposit.
What if I need to keep my equipment longer?
Please call us to see if an extension is possible.
If I get the equipment delivered, can I return it in-store?
Yes, you may return your equipment yourself even if a Taylor Rental employee delivered it.
Can I return rental equipment to any location?(Plattsburgh or Saranac Lake)
Equipment should be returned to the location where it was picked up/delivered from. In certain circumstances, it may be delivered to an affiliated store. Please contact a rental associate to see if this is possible.
What is the cost for delivery?

What can I get delivered to me?
All of our rental equipment is available for delivery.
How do I pick up tools and equipment?
Please stop at the rental counter inside the store, a rental associate will coordinate where the equipment can be picked up.
How do I return tools and equipment?
Please stop at the rental counter inside the store, a rental associate will check in your rental and coordinate a drop-off location.
